American singer-songwriter Amy Rigby brings her new memoir Girl To Country to The Doublet in Glasgow. Picking up where her debut Girl To City left off, Girl To Country follows Amy from New York to Nashville and beyond—even making a stop or two in Glasgow along the way.

Rigby's albums — including 90s classic Diary of a Mod Housewife and 2024's Hang In There With Me have earned praise from critics (“Singer-songwriter…doesn’t fully describe Rigby’s immense gifts…”—Nashville Scene) and other artists ("Think Randy Newman and Loudon Wainwright, at their best” —Steve Earle). Her songs have been covered by Ronnie Spector, Laura Cantrell and Maria Doyle Kennedy. She and husband / sometime duet partner Wreckless Eric recently relocated from New York to Norfolk UK.
