Is there an age limit?
There is no age limit but we recommend the show for children for 3/4 upwards.
All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can i bring food and drink with me?
Only food/drinks purchased within the event can be consumed on site. A wide selection of soft drinks and confectionery will be on sale in our tuck shop. There will also be a catering unit selling hot food.
Alcohol will not be on sale at this event.
Do not bring food or drinks to event unless it’s for special dietary requirements.
Is there car parking?
There is ample car parking available at New Douglas Park
The nearest train station is Hamilton West which is a short walk to the park
Security
All bags will be checked upon entry for anything that may be deemed a danger to the public. Bags must not be larger than a4 in size.
Weather
This is an outdoor event. Please plan in advance for the Scottish weather
What to wear
Comfortable clothes are advised and suitable footwear should also be worn.
Wheelchair Access
The event is on astroturf and there will be a dedicated viewing area with wheelchair access.
Toilets
Toilets are provided within the event site
First Aid
There will be a first aid point within the event
Bank
There is no bank on site
Meeting Point
Whilst in the event please stay within your dedicated group. Make yourself aware of the meeting point and have a contact number for the responsible adult within the group.
