The Orphan Brigade is a community of artists and musicians based in Nashville.
It was founded by BEN GLOVER (UK Album of the Year winner (UK Americanafest 2019)), Grammy nominee NEILSON HUBBARD and JOSHUA BRITT. The group's first album, Soundtrack To A Ghost Story, was written, recorded and filmed in a haunted, Civil War house in Kentucky.

Originally they assumed this was a one-off project but after touring Italy in 2016 this side project evolved into a solid band.

In 2017 they spent time in 2500-year-old-caves in the Italian city of Osimo, writing and recording Heart Of The Cave.
The Orphan Brigade will strengthen their Irish connection in 2019 as their upcoming album will be heavily influenced by the rich folklore of County Antrim, the home area of its member Ben Glover. Like its predecessors this album will be recorded on the sites and locations that inspire the songs.
The album is scheduled for release in the autumn of 2019.

"an extraordinary album in which the songs explored themes of mysticism and personal transformation" No Depression

"...tugging at the heartstrings... often uplifting, includes gorgeous melodies, great vocals and playing, brilliant arrangements and atmospheres that flow between deep, dark and spooky, as well as eerie and haunting with occasional flashes of light..." American Roots UK

Support is Martha Healy (singer songwriter from Glasgow, who, like Ben Glover, has Irish roots)
