Looking for Nan Shepherd: An animated, marginally off-beat, lecture, looking at the life of Nan Shepherd, author of the miraculous The Living Mountain.

Conceived and delivered by Erlend Clouston, a former Scottish correspondent of the Guardian who knew Nan for 35 years, it features the voices of, among others, Frankenstein, Jean Brodie, Robert Macfarlane, and a parrot.

Corrie and Sannox Village Hall 8.00pm. Doors open 7.30.

Adults £12. Children and young people still at school – free.
