Entry to venue photo ID required – to assist in the prevention of resale the name of the ticket purchaser will be printed on each ticket. In order to gain entry ticket holders will be asked to present photo ID matching the name printed on their ticket(s). Ticket purchaser must enter the venue at the same time as his or her guests.
Age guidance 14+ (under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult)
Please allow plenty of time to travel to the venue and for security bag checks (no large bags will be allowed nearest left luggage Waverley station).
As a licensed premises please don’t bring your own alcohol to the venue. Any alcohol found will be removed and disposed of at the doors. Unopened soft drinks in non-glass bottles will be allowed in. Water bottles will have to be empty but can be refilled at our bars. ***


THE NAME OF THE LEAD BOOKER WILL BE PRINTED ON ALL TICKETS THEY PURCHASE, THIS PERSON MUST BE IN ATTENDANCE AT THE CONCERT
The name cannot be changed once the purchase has been made.

When the lead booker attends the show they will be asked to present matching PHOTO ID to gain entry to the venue. IF THE ID DOES NOT MATCH ENTRY WILL BE REFUSED.

The ticket purchaser must enter the concert accompanied by all their guests. Guests will not be allowed entry without the lead booker present and ID matching the name on the tickets.

The only place that tickets purchased here can be re-sold to another customer for entry to the show is through the face value ticket resale site "Twickets" www.twickets.co.uk . Other than this tickets are strictly not transferable.
