We had a lot of fun in the ACC where we brought you Slippery Decks in the City, Still Zombied and The Winter Solstice Snowball, but after the last sell out show we decided to say a fond farewell and move to a bigger venue with better facilities. We have moved hoose before if you remember the rammy at the soundhaus, the Apocalpse Party at stereo etc.
Whether Live & Underground is in a venue, a field or a boat, we endeavour to keep the same vibe as we give you the best Live music, the best Techno and the best Hip Hop this country has to offer, as we launch the Loch Lomond Boat Party 2014 in style.
The new venue is River (Formerly Barfly on Clyde St next to St Enoch)

/// the Return of Live and Underground 12.04.14 ///
Live and Underground returns with a spring in our step on the 12th of April for our first big party of the year and a taster of what to expect at the Loch Lomond Boat Party.
After 3 amazing gigs at the ACC, we have decided to move to a bigger and better venue for a variety of reasons. The new home is River on Clyde St. Formerly known as The Barfly. The sound and all round facilities will improve but the rules remain the same...
The best atmosphere in the city and 2 rooms of the finest live bands, Techno and Hip Hop from 7pm-3am .
So who's playing so far...?
It is an absolute pleasure to confirm the debut live gig of THE CARTOON CARTEL, fronted by legendary M.C/ Poet/ Activist/ Provocateur LOKI. He has been working away with some of Scotland's best musicians and the results will be spectacular. History in the making... an 'I was there' moment for Scottish music.
She plays EVERY music festival but never plays Glasgow... Sal Cam is bringing her band THE SUPPORT ACT to town for marathon sing-a-longs and much dancing. A rare chance to see these legends outside of a field setting.
The best new Hip Hop act of 2013 CIARAN MAC is finally launching his debut E.P 'Took Your Time' at this event. He's been consistently smashing it live everywhere he goes and this will be your chance to enjoy his live show and get a limited edition copy of his first ever release.
From the ashes of Ayrshire cult favourites The Underdog Theory comes MK IV who will rock the venue to its core. Fronted by the talented John Taay Russell, who will also be be celebrating his birthday. Expect carnage...
Upstairs, we'll have DJ sets from Hip Hop hero STEG G with a very special guest cypher, genreless anthems from thewisegoldfish and Electroclash bangers from the brilliant JO D`ARC, along with Techno from BOOM MERCHANT (Tribal Pulse), EDDY & IAIN (Loco), ROBBIE DARGIE, and many more aces up the sleeve TBC...
Downstairs after the bands, KISS MY ACID! will be taking you on a trip to The Darkside, with live sets from AUTONOME of Insurrekt records and THE AFTERAFFECTS, as well as D.J. sets from SPEEDY ACTION and SEROTONIC.
Tickets on sale now and the good news is it's still only gonnae cost you a fiver entry for all this good stuff! :)
We will not be beaten for value, quality and atmosphere.
KISS MY ACID! :) vs Traffic Cone Records
