Imagine a bluesy Lou Reed and you're half way there." - Glasgow Living
Andy McBride is a songwriter originally from Glasgow, Scotland. Now playing under his own name 2018 is set for a debut full record and a heavy touring schedule to support the release later in the year.
Comparisons are often made to Springsteen, Waits and Earle but always within his own Glasgwegian growl - a truly original voice that can soar to the height of a howl then instantly drop to a raspy whisper.
