Please read this carefully and note that purchase of this ticket signifies your agreement to the following:
The festival promoters will not be held responsible for any tickets lost, misplaced, stolen or lost in transit. No tickets will be reissued at the expense of the festival promoters.
TICKET PRICE: The price of the ticket is inclusive of any applicable taxes but exclusive of any booking or postage & packaging fees (where applicable).
ALTERATIONS/CANCELLATION: This ticket is for a festival and not for one specific artist. Although the organisers will always endeavour to present the bill as advertised the line up of artists cannot be guaranteed. Festival promoters reserve the right to alter or change the programme. Published times may also be affected and festivals cannot be guaranteed to finish exactly on time. Should one or more artists cancel the festival will go ahead as planned. Please be aware that refunds will not be given in these circumstances. No money will be refunded unless the festival is completely cancelled. In the event of TOTAL cancellation, the face value minus a 10% administration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be given without proof of purchase of ticket.
LIABILITY: You enter the festival site at your own risk. Festival promoters accept no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen property and/or personal items. Personal arrangements including travel, accommodation or hospitality relating to the festival which have been arranged by you are at your own risk.
RESALE/USE OF TICKET: This ticket may not be re- sold without the express agreement of the promoter, and the title to this ticket remains with the promoter until payment has been received in full by the promoter, be aware of possible forgeries and only purchase tickets from authorised vendors. Strict ticket checks will be in place at point of entry.
RESTRICTIONS: The following items are not permitted on site: Illegal substances; new psychoactive substances (legal highs); weapons; knives; laser pens; fireworks; pyrotechnics; Chinese lanterns and glass of any type. Smoking is not permitted inside any structures. For their own welfare, no animals are permitted on site. No food or drink can be brought in to the site. The use of equipment for recording or transmitting (by digital or other means) any audio, visual or audo-visual material or any information or data inside the festival site is strictly forbidden. The festival promoters reserve the right to conduct security searches and confiscate any item which is not permitted on the festival site and eject (without refund) any person refusing to be searched. The promoter and venue will not be liable for any loss, theft or damage to confiscated items.
CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION: The festival promoters reserve the right to refuse admission to the event in reasonable circumstances including for health and safety licensing reasons or where a ticket is void. The festival promoters also reserves the right to request that ticket holders leave the venue at any point on reasonable grounds and may take any appropriate action to enforce this right. For example, the promoter may remove a ticket holder who; has behaved in a manner which is likely to affect the enjoyment of other festival goers; or uses threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or in any way provokes or behaves in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace; or in the reasonable opinion of the promoter, is acting under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or fails, when required, to produce proof of identity or age. You must comply with instructions and directions given by the promoter’s staff and stewards. No refunds will be given to ticket holders who are refused entry or ejected due to their own behaviour.
RECORDING BY ATTENDING AN EVENT: As a ticket holder you consent to filming and sound recording as a member of the audience without payment.
WARNING: This is an outdoor event and ticket holders should ensure they have suitable clothing for changeable weather conditions. For your safety CCTV cameras are likely to be in operation. Anyone under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 at all times. Members of the public attending events should be aware of all risks involved; consideration should be given to excessive exposure to sustained high noise levels. Any information displayed on the webpage, on the festival site or in the programme is for information only and may be subject to change. The decision of the festival promoters is final.
